CREATE GUEST HOUSE provides information for Guesthouse and Domitory in Tokyo and sorrounding area.

Please check availability of rooms by e-mail or phone.

You are required to pre-book a visit. Please tell us the date you'd like to visit the property.
If you are in overseas or too far from the property, we cannot arrange a visit.
You may not be able to visit the property on the requested date.

You can visit the property with our staff.
We will reconfirm your booking by calling you on the day before the booked date.
Booking may be cancelled if we cannot reconfirm your booking.

You could book a room by paying 20,000yen as booking fee.
Booking fee will be taken as cleaning fee and management fee when you sign a contract.
Rooms can be booked for 2weeks maximum.
Once you book a room, booking fee cannot be refounded when you cancel a booking before you sign a contract.
Tenants any unacceptable behaviour for sharing house can be asked to leave a property.
※Booking fee depends on properties.

Tenants are required to sign a contract at our office in Shinjyuku.
We will give you a key for a room after signing a contract.
Key will be given only the day or the day before you move in.
You are required to show us documents below.
Japanese National : ID with photoes, Stamps, Resident's card.
Non Japanese National : Passport, Alien registration card.
